The Conversations tab displays a list of all conversations. From this tab you can do the following.
- Create a new conversation.
- Edit a conversation.
- Delete a conversation.
- Import customers.
The table displays the following information:
- Conversation Name - Name assigned to the conversation when it was defined.
- Description - Defines the purpose and goal of the conversation.
- Last Modified - Date the conversation was last edited.
- Customers - Number of customers associated with the conversation.
- Department - Department of the user who created the conversation.
