Before you delete a conversation, make sure it is appropriate. More than one campaign can
use the conversation and deleting a conversation can affect multiple campaigns. Follow
these directions to delete a conversation.
- From the Conversations screen, click Actions > Delete on the row
with the selected conversation. A confirmation dialog box appears.
- From the dialog box, click OK. The converation is removed from the list.
