Once conversations, audience models, segmentation models and content are created in
Connect and associated to the campaign, messages are able to be assigned to customer
segments and sent. Content is associated to the customer segmentations and then
messaging details are configured determining message approval and timing of
delivery.
Note: Once messages are associated to a campaign, the campaign type cannot
be altered.
Note: Ensure the segmentation model is correctly defined prior to
associating content to them during messaging. Once a message is added to a campaign,
the segmentation model can only be changed if the message targets all
segments. Ensure you select the correct segmentation model prior to
associating messages.
