The Mailboxes screen allows you to create and configure email accounts that are accessed by Connect. The mailboxes that are created are made available when creating campaigns and sending out messages. The messages for the campaign are sent via the created mailbox. Likewise, the mailbox is also used to receive emails in response to sent messages.
Host name and login information is collected as well as the ordered chain of reply handlers. The selected reply handler chain defines the behaviour and order of reply handlers that will be used by the mailbox.
