Once a mailbox is created and configured, it may be required to delete the mailbox if it is
no longer needed for messaging or gathering replies or has been created
erroneously.
Note: The deletion of a mailbox may impact messaging as it may be used
by other users or departments. Please ensure you have verified that no other user or
department is using the mailbox prior to deletion.

Deleting a Mailbox
To delete a mailbox:
- Navigate to the Company Admin screen.

- Click on the Inbound Messaging sub-menu in the menu bar on the left,
followed by the Mailboxes menu option. The Mailboxes screen
appears.

- Click on the Delete icon (
) beside the desired mailbox. The deletion
confirmation message appears.
- To cancel without deleting the mailbox, click the Cancel button. The
mailbox is not deleted.
- Click the OK button. The mailbox is deleted and no longer displays in
the list of available mailboxes.
