The Customer is represented in Connect as the person that you wish to message and
interact with. Connect stores contact, location and demographic information for each
customer that you wish to target and message. The Customer module in Connect allows you
to perform the following functions:
- Search for an individual customer
- Enter a customer manually or via data import
- Edit customer attributes
- View a customer's message history
- Manage customer attributes that help further define and refine the customer entry
- Manage customer preferences
- Manage customer interests
