The customer record defines the attributes of the customer entity to properly target them
for messaging in a campaign. Various attributes are used to detail the customer in terms
of their demographic and location information, preferences, and interests.
The customer record details the customer using the following areas:
- Attributes & Preferences: Customized attributes and a list of
customer preferences used by campaigns to place the customer in an audience or
segment
- Message History: List of messages that have been sent to the customer
over the course of campaign execution
