Once an inferred interests created, you are able to edit the name if necessary.
Note: Changing the
name of the interest will change the name throughout the system. This will impact
customers that have already been sent messages and have responded to a message to
garner the inferred interest. Make sure that the changes you are making are
appropriate to all of the Connect users.

Editing an Inferred Interest
To edit an inferred interest:
- On the menu bar, click Customers. The Customer Browser screen
appears.
- In the Customer sub-menu, click Interests. The Interests
screen appears.
- In the Interests screen, click the Edit icon (
) in the Action
field or the interest name link on the desired interest row with you wish to
edit. The Enter Inferred Interest Information screen appears.
- Edit the contents of the Interest Name field.
- To cancel without saving the change to the interest name, click the
Cancel button. You are returned to the Interests screen,
with the new interest name not having been saved.
- Click Save to save the interest name. The Interests screen
appears with the new name displayed in the list of interests.
