There may be cases where it is necessary to delete an inferred that is no longer
necessary.
Note: Deletion of inferred interests will impact all customer records using that
interest. Ensure that the deletion of the interest will not adversely affect your
organization's data and Connect users.
Deleting an Inferred Interest
To delete an inferred interest:
- On the menu bar, click Customers. The Customer Browser screen
appears.
- In the Customer sub-menu, click Interests. The Interests
screen appears.
- Beside the desired interest, click the delete icon (
). The delete
warning message appears asking you to confirm the deletion of the
interest.
- If you do not wish to delete the interest, click the Cancel button.
The Interests screen displays, with the interest not having been
deleted.
- Click OK. The Interests screen displays with the interest
having been deleted.
