Creating Inferred Interests

The Interests screen allows you to create, edit and delete interests used to track clicks that customers make in the messages they are sent. These clicks are associated to the customer and allow you to target customers more effectively based on their interests.



Creating a New Inferred Interest

To create a new interest:
  1. On the menu bar, click Customers. The Customer Browser screen appears.
  2. In the Customer sub-menu, click Interests. The Interests screen appears.
  3. From the Interests screen, under the Commands dropdown, select New Interest. The Enter Inferred Interests Information screen appears.



  4. In the Interest Name field, type a name for the new inferred interest.
  5. To cancel without saving the interest, click the Cancel button. You are returned to the Interests screen, with the new interest not having been saved.
  6. Click Save to save the new interest. The Interests screen appears with the new interest added to the list of created interests.
