Multiple Language Support

Connect enables custom personalization for e-mail campaigns. The multiple languages enhances support for a global customer base by enabling you to send e-mail messages in multiple languages from a single Connect instance.You can configure new languages such as Japanese, Chinese, and send e-mail using these languages from a single Connect instance. Refer to the section the International Configuration Guide for more information.

Benefits

In previous versions of Connect, multiple language support required separate Connect instances and involved more time and effort to install. Connect enables you to send e-mail in multiple languages from a single Connect instance. Multiple language support enables you to reduce system operations and maintenance costs by supporting different languages from one Connect instance.
