Company Admin Overview / Campaigns |
Company Quiet Periods state the times when no messaging activity is allowed. Quiet periods are typically configured to disable the sending of SMS or push notification messages to customers at night outside of normal communication hours.
Company quiet periods are detailed for the company entity and override the quiet periods defined at the system or instance level. That is, Connect will adhere to the quiet periods defined at the company level first. If no company quiet periods are defined, the quiet periods defined at the system level are used. For more information on system-level quiet periods, please see System Quiet Periods.
Quiet periods are defined by choosing the start time, end time and effective day of the period for messaging inactivity.
