Once a company quiet period is created it may be necessary to edit the quiet period. This
may be necessary if the times for the quiet period need altering or updating.
Editing a Company Quiet Period
To edit a company quiet period.
- Navigate to the Company Admin screen.

- Click on the quiet period name link from the list of quiet periods or click
on the Edit icon (
) beside the desired quiet period. The Edit
Quiet Period screen appears displaying the details of the quiet
period.
- Edit the quiet period information:
- To cancel without saving the changes to the quiet period, click the
Cancel button. The Company Quiet Periods screen appears.
The changes to the quiet period are not saved.
- Click the Save button. The Company Quiet Periods screen
appears. The changes to the quiet period are saved.
