Creating and assigning messages to a campaign comes after you define the campaign type, audience model and segmentation model. Using Connect, you create the message content then manage the messages. In conjuction with Connect's other features—audience models, segmentation models, filters and behavioral statistics tracking—to help you better target your customers in later campaigns. After you associate messages with the campaign, you cannot change the campaign type.
Warning! Make sure the segmentation model is correctly defined before you associate messages. After adding a message to a campaign, you can only change the segmentation model if the message targets all segments. Make sure you selected the correct segmentation model before you associate one or more messages.
