Customer Browser

The Connect Customer Browser enables you to easily add new customers as well as locate and edit existing customer profiles. You can add, modify, or delete customer attributes and view a history of the messages sent to any customer. If necessary, you can use the Customer Browser to manually subscribe customers to conversations or unsubscribe them from conversations.



The Customer Browser could be used by customer service representatives (CSR) who need to update information for a customer. For example, a CSR can use the Customer Browser to fix misspelled names, change email addresses or subscribe a customer to different conversations.

From the Customer Browser tab, you can do the following:

When you add a new customer or edit customer information, a sub-menu appears at the top of the screen just below the tabs. This sub-menu allows you to associate conversations, add attributes and see message history for the customer. The font color for the active screen is white.
