Customer Message History

The Customer Browser Message History window enables you to view the message history for a specific customer. You can see the Campaign Name, Message Subject, Date Sent, the message Status, and the Template used for the message.  If a message is archived—an option available when you create the message—the Archive column displays a link to the archived messge.

Note: If the Template column displays both HTML and text and there is an archived message, clicking the archive link displays the HTML template by default. If the Template column displays both text and another template type (HTML or AOL), clicking the archive link displays the text template by default.
