The Customer Browser Message History window enables you to view the message history for a
specific customer. You can see the Campaign Name, Message Subject, Date Sent, the
message Status, and the Template used for the message. If a message is
archived—an option available when you create the message—the Archive column
displays a link to the archived messge.
The following columns are in the table:
- Campaign - Associated campaign name.
- Subject - Displays the Subject line for each message.
- Date Sent - Date each message was sent.
- Status - Displays the Status for each of the customer’s messages.
- Template - View the template used for each message by clicking the links
in this column. If you click Default Text, you see the default text
version of the template. If you click Default HTML, you see the HTML
version of the template.
- Archive - Displays a link to the archived message. When you click the link,
the message appears in a new browser window. The following image displays an
archived message.
Note: If the Template column displays both HTML and text and there is an archived message,
clicking the archive link displays the HTML template by default. If the Template
column displays both text and another template type (HTML or AOL), clicking the archive
link displays the text template by default.
