Connect can configure Automatic Main Messages only if you have created the trial
messages. After creating the trial messages, you can define Automatic Main Messages to
pick the best message and automatically send it to customers who have not received a
trial message.
The best message is automatically selected based on the success rate of the message and
the content.
- The message header success rate (subject and sender name) is calculated based on
the percentage of trial messages opened, out of the total messages sent to
customers.
- The message content success rate is calculated based on the percentage of trial
messages clicked out of the total messages sent to customers.
