After you define the criteria for the Automated Main Message and click the Rollout
Message action, the Rollout Screen appears. The Rollout Screen for an Automated
Main Message is similar to that of a Main Message with the exception of the Rollout
Schedule section. The Rollout Schedule is where you define how the Automated
Main Message is triggered.

From this page you can choose triggering options for the message. Your options include:
- Scheduled is the default option. If you click the Effective Date
box, you can choose the date and time to send out the messages.
- After Crossing Threshold - Define the goals (or thresholds) the trial
messages must meet before sending out the main message. The options are:
-
Subject Threshold: email open rate equal to - Type a percentage
in the field.
-
Content Threshold: message clicked rate equal to - Type a
percentage in the field.
-
Send best trial automatically instead if thresholds are not met
by: - Never is the default. If you clear the Never
Expires check box, the Effective Date fields becomes active and
you can choose the date and time to send out the message if the
thresholds are not met. The Automated Main Message will use the best
performing content regardless of the thresholds.
Complete the Rollout Message screen and click Launch Message.
Note: If the criteria selected in the Content page is Subject AND content, and ONLY if both
the Email open rate AND Message click rate meets the threshold value, then the Automated
Main Message is launched. If the criteria selected in the Content page is Subject OR
content, and the Email open rate OR Message click rate meets the threshold value, the
Automated Main Message is launched immediately.
