Each message you compose to your customers has a Sender Name, certain Reply Handlers, and specific Links. The Messages tab in the Admin window enables you to define and maintain these message elements. Connect does not provide a message content creation process. Whatever means you use to create your content, see the Connect Content Administration Guide for Connect content guidelines and requirements.
