Deleting Survey Fields

Once survey fields are created, you may need to delete the fields that are no longer relevant to the survey or have been created in error. Once deleted, the fields will no longer appear in the survey.
Note: Ensure that no other Connect users are using the survey fields and that the changes will not cause issues with other users.

Deleting a Survey Field

To delete a survey field:
  1. Navigate to the Surveys screen.

  2. Select the desired survey. The survey displays in the Define Survey screen.

  3. In the Define Survey screen, click the Fields submenu heading. The Define Fields screen appears.

  4. Click on the field delete icon () beside the desired field. A deletion confirmation message appears.

  5. To cancel without deleting the field, click the Cancel button. The field is not deleted and remains in the list of fields in the Define Fields screen.
  6. Click the OK button. The field is deleted and removed from the list of fields in the Define Fields screen.
