Once a deployment is created you may need to delete if the deployment was created in error or is no longer relevant.
Note: Ensure that no other users require the deployment as deleting it will
impact other users.
Note: You are able to delete deployments that have either expired or have
not become active. You can delete active deployments, but will
receive a confirmation message to do so.
Deleting a Survey Deployment
To delete a survey deployment:
- Navigate to the Surveys screen.
- Click on the Delete icon (
) beside the desired
survey. The deletion confirmation message
displays.
- To cancel the deletion of the deployment without deleting it, click the Cancel button. The deployment is not deleted.
- Click the OK button. The deployment is
deleted.Note: If the deployment is active, you will get a warning message such as "The deployment is active. But it has not collected any data. Delete Anyway'. Click the Delete Anyway link if you still wish to delete the deployment.
