Viewing Customer Message History
The Customer Browser Message History screen allows you to view a list of the messages that
have been sent to a specific customer.

The
Message History screen details:
- Campaign: The campaign associated to the message sent to
the customer
- Subject: The subject line of the message sent to the
customer
- Date Sent: Date the message was sent
- Status: The current delivery status of the message
- Bounce Info: Details whether the message bounced or was
not delivered
- Template: Allows you to view the content of the message
sent. Click the hyperlink to view the message content.
- Archive: Displays a link to the archived message. When
you click the link, the message appears in a new browser
window. The following image displays an archived
message.
Note: If the Template column displays both HTML and text and there is an archived message,
clicking the archive link displays the HTML template by default. If the
Template column displays both text and another template type
(e.g. HTML), clicking the archive link displays the text template by
default.
Note: The Archive column displays a list of the customer's archived messages
for each campaign with HTML links to the message. You are able to view the
message by clicking the HTML link. A separate browser window will display
the actual archived message.
