Troubleshooting Attachments

Use the following hints to troubleshoot issues when sending attachments in your content.

Problem Resolution
The following error message appears when defining message content :

The application can't validate the Attachment URL.

Make sure the URL provided for the attachment is correct.
Connect cannot send out email with an attachment. Ensure the content server is running. Check the log files for error traces.
Customer did not receive the attachment properly. Ensure the content server sends the attachment properly. Check this by viewing the attachment from your browser. Ensure the customer's email client supports the attachment file type.
