Use the following hints to troubleshoot issues when sending attachments in your content.
Problem | Resolution |

The following error message appears when defining message content : The application can't validate the Attachment URL. |
Make sure the URL provided for the attachment is correct. |
Connect cannot send out email with an attachment. | Ensure the content server is running. Check the log files for error traces. |
Customer did not receive the attachment properly. | Ensure the content server sends the attachment properly. Check this by viewing the attachment from your browser. Ensure the customer's email client supports the attachment file type. |
