Analyzing Content Links

If you have included any website links in your message content, Connect allows you to analyze the links to ensure that the included links are valid and functional to the receiving customer. Connect analyzes links, merge tags and image links as well to ensure that the content for the message is valid and will display properly. If errors are discovered, return to the content to fix or delete the errors and revalidate the links.

There are two functions provided to validate your content:
The Links Analysisscreen is divided into sections for Link Validation, Merge Tags, and Images. Each section contains a subsection that can be expanded to show a list of links, merge tags, or images associated with the message. Each individual message object has a red or green dot associated with it. If there are no links, merge tags, or images the expandable subsection will not appear.
Note: Connect will not roll out messages with invalid links, merge tags, or images. If the Links Analysis screen displays a number of unverifiable message objects, click recheck links, recheck tags, and recheck images links once you have corrected the appropriate items.

If you have the system recheck message objects and they are still displayed as invalid, you can reclassify them as unverifiable by clicking the Invalid link with the object. This enables you to roll out the message despite the fact some of the message objects are invalid.
