Deleting Sender Domains

You may wish to delete a sender domain that has been created erroneously, or that is no longer seen as necessary or useful to other users.
Note: Other users and departments may be using the sender domain you are planning to delete. Ensure that you are deleting the appropriate sender domain.

Deleting a Sender Domain

To delete a sender domain:
  1. In the Campaigns screen, click on the Senders sub-tab. The Senders screen appears.

  2. Click on the delete icon () beside the desired sender domain. Connect displays a delete warning message.



  3. To cancel and not delete the sender domain, click the Cancel button. The Senders screen displays without the sender domain being deleted.
  4. Click the OK button. The Senders screen appears with the desired sender domain no longer displayed. The sender domain has been deleted.
