You are able to resume paused campaigns that are in a paused state. This will make the campaign active again and send messages as expected.
Resuming a Campaign
To resume a paused campaign:- Navigate to the Campaigns screen. A list of campaigns displays.
- Search for the desired campaign and select it. For more information on how to search for campaigns, please see Searching for Campaigns.
- Click on the Resume Campaign (
) icon beside the desired campaign. A resume
confirmation message appears.
- To cancel without resuming the campaign, click the Cancel button. The Campaigns page displays without the campaign having been resumed.
- Click the OK button. The Campaigns page displays with the campaign status changed to 'Active'.
