Searching for Campaigns

Prior to managing campaigns, Connect allows you to narrow down the list of campaigns displayed in the Campaigns screen in order to select the desired campaign.You are able to search for campaigns using the following:

These attributes can be used in combination to help search for campaigns.



Searching for a Campaign

To search for a campaign to edit or manage:
  1. Navigate to the Campaigns screen. A list of campaigns displays.
  2. Click the Query Filters button. A list of query filters appears.

  3. Enter the known information for the campaign:
    • Name: Select one of the search types based on the campaign name and enter the information in the Name field as applicable:
      • Contains: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign name contains the text entered
      • Does Not Contain: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign name does not contain the text entered
      • Contains (Case Sensitive): Retrieves campaigns where the campaign name contains the text entered with case sensitivity
      • Does Not Contain (Case Sensitive): Retrieves campaigns where the campaign name does not contain the text entered with case sensitivity
      • Equal To: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign name equals the entered text
      • Note Equal To: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign name does not equal the entered text
      • Is Null: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign name does not exist
      • Is Not Null: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign name does exist
    • Description: Selct one of the search types based on the campaign description and enter the information in the Description field as applicable:
      • Contains: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign description contains the text entered
      • Does Not Contain: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign description does not contain the text entered
      • Contains (Case Sensitive): Retrieves campaigns where the campaign description contains the text entered with case sensitivity
      • Does Not Contain (Case Sensitive): Retrieves campaigns where the campaign description does not contain the text entered with case sensitivity
      • Equal To: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign description equals the entered text
      • Note Equal To: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign description does not equal the entered text
      • Is Null: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign name description not exist
      • Is Not Null: Retrieves campaigns where the campaign description does exist
    • Status: The current status of the campaign:
      • All: All campaigns regardless of status
      • Paused: Paused campaigns
      • Expired: Campaigns that have expired and are no longer active
      • Active: Active campaigns
      • Creating: Campaigns beinig created and are not active
    • Conversation: The conversation associated with the campaign
    • Department: The department associated with the campaign
    • Modified: The timeframe in which the campaign was most recently updated
      • Last 24 Hours: Updated in the previous 24 hours
      • Last 7 Days: Updated in the previous week
      • Last 30 Days: Updated in the previous 30 days
  4. If you wish to clear the entered search criteria, click the Clear button. All entered data is cleared from the criteria fields.
  5. If you wish to reset the search results and clear all search criteria, click the Reset button. All search results and criteria are cleared.
  6. Click the Apply button. The campaign search results appear below the entry fields.
  7. Select the desired campaign by clicking on the campaign's Campaign Name link. The campaign displays in the Campaign Properties screen.
