You are able to pause campaigns that are in an active state. This will cease all messages
from being sent from the campaign. This is most commonly used for event-triggered
campaigns so that they do not send messages when a qualifying event is triggered.
Pausing a Campaign
To pause a campaign:
- Navigate to the Campaigns screen. A list of campaigns displays.

- Search for the desired campaign and select it. For more information on how to
search for campaigns, please see Searching for Campaigns.
- Click on the Pause Campaign (
) icon beside the desired campaign. A pause
confirmation message appears.
- To cancel without pausing the campaign, click the Cancel button. The
Campaigns page displays without the campaign having been paused.
- Click the OK button. The Campaigns page displays with the campaign
status changed to 'Paused'.
