SMS messages require a sender in order to deliver messages to customers. Though Connect sends the customer a message, Connect purposely does not have an email address or phone number that is associated with the sent message. Any message sent from Connect should be configured to comed from the company creating the campaign. A configured sender will provide the message with a reply address for SMS messages.
The Senders tab appears when you save the information on the SMPP Profile tab.
