Once destination information is saved for a JMS connection factory, the destination
information for a connection factory are able to be edited if they have changed or need
to be altered.

Editing Destination Information for a JMS Connection Factory
To edit the destination information for a JMS connection factory:
- Navigate to the Instance Admin screen. The System Parameters
screen displays.

- Click on the Event Handling sub-menu in the menu bar on the left,
followed by the JMS menu option. The JMS screen
appears.

- Click on the Display Destination arrow (
) beside the desired connection factory name.
The destination information displays.
- To hide the list of destinations, click the Hide Destination arrow (
).
- Click on the desired connection factory destination name link from the list
of destinations or click on the Edit icon (
) beside the desired destination. The
Destination screen appears displaying the details of the
destination.
- Edit the Request Queue information as necessary:
- Destination Name: The name of the destination for the request
queue
- User Name: The user name that will be used to access the
destination request queue
- Password: The password for the user name accessing the
destination request queue
- Edit the Response Queue information as necessary:
- Destination Name: The name of the destination for the
response queue
- User Name: The user name that will be used to access the
destination response queue
- Password: The password for the user name accessing the
destination response queue
- To cancel without saving the changes to the destination details, click the
Cancel button. The JMS screen displays. The changes to the
destination information are not saved.
- Click the Save button. The JMS screen displays. The changes to
the destination information are saved.
