Once a delivery channel is created, it may eventually become obsolete and not used, or
perhaps has been created erroneously or with too many errors in its configuration to be
useful. In these cases, Connect allows you to delete existing delivery channels.
Note: If
a delivery channel is being used in active campaigns, it is not able to be deleted.
You will have to pause the campaign or wait until the campaign is completed to
delete the delivery channel.
Deleting a Delivery Channel
To delete an existing delivery channel:
- Navigate to the Company Admin screen.

- Under the Campaigns sub-menu in the menu bar on the left, click on
the Delivery Channels menu item. The Delivery Channels screen
appears.

- Click on the Delete icon (
). The deletion confirmation message
appears.
- To cancel without deleting the delivery channel, click the Cancel
button. The delivery channel is not deleted from the Delivery Channel
list.
- Click the OK button. The delivery channel is deleted from the
Delivery Channel list.
