In order to send emails and text messages to customers, Connect must have Short Message Peer-to-Peer (SMPP) protocol servers and mail farms created and configured. SMPP servers manage the senders and Tag Length Values (TLV). Mailfarms are configured as the main email distribution centre that uses mailboxes to send emails to customers.
