In Connect, each campaign targets the customers in a Conversation and Audience Models are used to filter the customers. Only customers meeting the filter criteria will receive messages from the associated campaign. Only one audience model can be associated with a campaign.
The Audience tab is where you identify the groups of people you want to reach with your campaign. From this tab, you can create a new audience model, edit an existing audience model, copy an audience model, or delete an audience model.
The table displays the following columns:
- Name - Unique name assigned to the audience.
- Description - Arbitrary descriptive text.
- Last Modified - Last time the audience was modified.
- Department - Internal department associated with the audience.
