Log files display a record of connect system activities
over a selected time period. When you click the
link, the file content appears in a browser
window. If you need to save the information from
the browser, it is saved as a .txt file.
Define a Time Period
Follow these directions to define a time period.
- From the Log Files screen, click in the
View logs on all machines from field. A
calendar control appears.
- From the calendar control, select the date you
want.
- Click in the To field. A calendar
control appears.
- From the calendar control, select the date you
want.
- Click the Go button. All of the log
files for each machine appear in the table.
View a Log File
To view a log file, click the link for the file
you want to view.
Delete Log Files
Follow these directions to delete log files.
- From the Log Files screen, click the
check box beside one or more log files.
- Click the Delete Selected Log Files
button. A confirmation dialog box appears.
- Click OK to remove the dialog box.
