Brick Street Software strictly adheres to e-mail policy and guidelines set by Internet Service Providers (ISPs). As part of the Connect installation procedure, it is the customer’s responsibility to establish a working relationship with the ISPs providing e-mail services for their subscribers. The reason to establish a relationship is to prevent the ISP from identifying an email campaign as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) also known as SPAM.
Because there is the potential for a high volume of email from a common IP address, Brick Street Software strongly recommentds implementing the policies and procedures outlined in this document. It is a violation of your Agreement with Brick Street Software to send UCE. Brick Street Software reserves the right to terminate your access to the Connect service and to pursue any other appropriate remedies if you violate the terms of your Agreement with Brick Street Software.
