The Reports Module in Connect is where you view the Campaign and Activity Reports filtered by department. Users can view Campaign and Activity reports depending on their assigned permissions.

Users with permssions for one department see Campaign and Activity reports associated with that department. When a user with global permissions views reports, all campaigns appear in the report list but additional columns for conversations and campaigns are added.
When you view diagnostics in the restricted area with the UI set to Verbose, the system prints the following line in the ConnectGener_<date>.log file (from the application server's logs directory):
<timestamp>CEV: current user_id=<user_id>, deparment_id=<department_id>, conversation/campaign records to be displayed=<number of conversations/campaigns intended to be displayed>
