You can delete any existing segment by going to the Segmentation Model Definition page for a segmentation model and clicking on the trash icon next to the segment you wish to delete. The system will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the segment. If you confirm that you want to delete the segment, the Segmentation Model Definition page will refresh with the deleted filter removed from the list.
