Defining Segmentation Models Based Upon Customer Profiles

Customer profiles enable you to group the customers based on their demographics, preferences or past behavior. For example, one segment could be men, the other women. You can select any number of criteria and create any number of segments.

On the Segmentation Model List page, select Customer Profiles, and click Go. The system will bring you to the Segmentation Model Definition page. This page is set up so you can define segments based on customer profiles.



Define your segmentation model by:
In the lower half of the screen you will see a listing of all the segments already created. If you have not yet established any segment manually, you will still see two segments automatically created.
