How to start a conversation in CONNECT

We believe messages sent should be a two-way communication between the brand and the customer. Therefore, in the multichannel marketing solution CONNECT, our developers use the term “Conversation” to describe a customer list.

This five-minute tutorial Break the Ice!, will explain how to create a new “Conversation” and import a customer list from a CSV file. (Please note: Records can also be updated via ETL or data load process.)
