You may wish to delete a segmentation model that has been created erroneously, or that is
no longer seen as necessary or useful to other users.
Note: Campaigns may be using the
segmentation model you are planning to delete. Ensure that you are deleting the
appropriate segmentation model.
Deleting a Segmentation Model
To delete a segmentation model:- In the Campaigns screen, click on the Segmentation sub-tab. The
Segmentation Models screen appears.
- Click on the delete icon (
) beside the desired segmentation model. Connect
displays a delete warning message.
- To cancel and not delete the segmentation model, click the Cancel button. The Segmentation Models screen displays without the segmentation model being deleted.
- Click the OK button. The Segmentation Models screen appears with the desired segmentation model no longer displayed. The segmentation model has been deleted.
