You are able to delete conversations as needed.
Note: Before you delete a conversation,
ensure that you perform an impact assessment on the campaigns using the
conversation. Deleting the conversation will impact all associated
campaigns.
To delete a conversation:
- From the Conversations screen, click the Edit icon (
) beside
the desired conversation. The following confirmation dialog box appears:
- To return to the conversation list without deleting, click the Cancel
button. The conversation is not deleted.
- Click the OK button. The conversation is removed from the list.
