You may wish to delete an audience model that has been created erroneously, or that is no
longer seen as necessary or useful to other users.
Note: Campaigns may be using the
audience model you are deleting. Ensure that you are deleting the appropriate
audience model.
Deleting an Audience Model
To delete an audience model:
- In the Campaigns screen, click on the Audience sub-tab. The
Audience Models screen appears.
- Click on the delete icon (
) beside the desired audience model. Connect
displays a copy warning message.
- To cancel and not delete the audience model, click the Cancel button. The Audience Models screen displays without the audience model being deleted.
- Click the OK button. The Audience Models screen appears with the desired audience model no longer displayed. The audience model has been deleted.
