Deleting System Reports

You may wish to delete a system report that you have created erroneously.
Note: Ensure that no one in your organization is using the report that you wish to delete.



Deleting System Reports

To delete a system report.
  1. Navigate to the Deployments screen. The Deployment Editor screen displays.

  2. Click the View System Reports button. The System Reports screen appears.

  3. Place the cursor in the Report field. A list of reports displays.

  4. Select the desired report. The report details display based on the default report settings.

  5. In the Actions dropdown, select Delete Report. The report deletion confirmation message displays.

  6. To cancel without deleting the report, click the Cancel button. The report is not deleted.
  7. Click the OK button. The report is deleted and no longer displays in the list of available reports.
