Connect allows you to alter the parameters used by services for the deployment. The parameters determine the operational aspect of the Conversation Manager as well as other services.
Editing a Services Parameter
To edit a services parameter:- Navigate to the Deployments screen. The Deployment Editor screen
displays.
- Click on the desired active deployment. The real time monitor displays.
- Click on the Services sub-menu heading. The Services screen
displays.
- Click on the name link of the desired parameter in the Parameters
section. The parameters setting displays.
- Edit the parameter value as necessary.
- To cancel without saving the parameter value, click the Cancel button. The parameter setting section disappears. The changed parameter value is not saved.
- Click the Save button. The parameter setting section disappears. The changed parameter value is saved and displays as part of the parameter value in the Services screen.
