There may be cases when in the course of troubleshooting an issue that a deployment needs an update.
Updating a Deployment
To update a machine's deployment:
- Navigate to the Deployments screen. The Deployment Editor screen
displays.
- Click on the desired active deployment. The real time monitor displays.
- Click on the Machines sub-menu heading. The Machines screen
displays.
- From the Commands dropdown, select Update Deployment.
The Deployment Update screen displays.
- To cancel without updating the deployment, click the Cancel button. The Machines screen displays. The deployment is not updated.
- Click the Apply Deployment button. The deployment operation is initiated. The
service instructions are displayed.
- Perform the service instructions as described.
- Click the Done button.
