In some cases a deployment may require deactivating a deployment. Deactivating a deployment terminates all messaging activity for the deployment. Ensure that no other users or departments require the deployment prior to deactivation.
Deactivating a Deployment
To deactivate a deployment:
- Navigate to the Deployments screen. The Deployment Editor screen
displays.
- Click on the desired active deployment. The real time monitor displays.
- Click on the Machines sub-menu heading. The Machines screen
displays.
- From the Commands dropdown, select Deactivate Deployment.
The Deactivate Deployment screen displays.
- To cancel without deactivating the deployment, click the Cancel button. The Machines screen displays. The deployment is not deactivated.
- If you agree with the warning message and wish to proceed with deactivating the
deployment, click the Do You Agree? checkbox. The Deactivate button
displays.
- Click the Deactivate button. The deployment is deactivated.
