Viewing Log Files

Connect allows you to view and save information from its log files to view the application behaviour over a selected date range.



Viewing Log Files

To view a log file:
  1. Navigate to the Deployments screen. The Deployment Editor screen displays.

  2. Click on the desired active deployment. The real time monitor displays.

  3. Click on the Log Files sub-menu heading. The Log Files screen displays.

  4. In the View Logs On All Machines From: field, select the day, month and year from the respective dropdowns for the start date for the log file search date range.
  5. In the To: field, select the day, month and year from the respective dropdowns for the end date for the log file search date range.
  6. Click the Go button. The list of logs whose date match the entered date range display.
  7. Click on the name link of the desired log file. The log file displays in a new browser window.

  8. To save the log file, right-click on the log file and select 'Save As.... You are able to choose a name and destination for the corresponding text file.
