Connect allows you to view the existing instances of the Conversation Manager that are
currently running.
Viewing Instances Information
To view instance information:
- Navigate to the Deployments screen. The Deployment Editor
screen displays.

- Click the View Instance button. The ConversationManager
Instances screen appears.

- To refresh the results of the report, click the Refresh button.
- To export the results of the report to an HTML file, click the Export
button. The report is exported to HTML and is placed in your browser's
'Downloads' folder.
