Viewing Instances

Connect allows you to view the existing instances of the Conversation Manager that are currently running.



Viewing Instances Information

To view instance information:
  1. Navigate to the Deployments screen. The Deployment Editor screen displays.

  2. Click the View Instance button. The ConversationManager Instances screen appears.

  3. To refresh the results of the report, click the Refresh button.
  4. To export the results of the report to an HTML file, click the Export button. The report is exported to HTML and is placed in your browser's 'Downloads' folder.
