Viewing Error Reports

Connect allows you to view error reports that Connect creates when errors occur. You are able to filter report results by the severity level of the error and the time that the error occurred.



Viewing Error Reports

To view error reports:
  1. Navigate to the Deployments screen. The Deployment Editor screen displays.

  2. Click the View Error Report button. The Error Report screen appears.

  3. Select the desired severity level by selecting or deselecting the severity level (i.e. 'Critical', 'Alert', 'Warning' or 'Diagnostic' in the Severity collection of checkboxes.
  4. Select the desired reporting time interval from the Time dropdown.
  5. Click the Go button. The list of error reports displays that match the search criteria.
  6. Click on the Error Name link to view the details of the report.
  7. To return to the list of errors, click the Back button.
