Once a deployment is created and configured, it may be necessary to delete the
deployment if it is no longer needed for messaging or has been created
erroneously.
Note: Once a deployment is made active it is not able to
be deleted.
Deleting a Deployment
To delete a deployment:
- Navigate to the Deployments screen. The
Deployment Editor screen displays.
- Right-click on the desired deployment in the right-side
panel and select the Delete command.
The deletion confirmation message appears.
- To cancel without deleting the deployment, click the Cancel button. The deployment is not deleted.
- Click the OK button. The deployment is deleted and no longer displays in the list of available deployments.
Note: You are also able to select the Delete command
from the Commands dropdown in the Deployment
Details screens for deployments that are
inactive.
